One reason I feel Michele was a great tutor was that she went "above and beyond" in helping me prepare for my, (alas!), 3rd try at taking the Elementary Education Math Praxis exam. She not only wrote out detailed explanations, with formulas, of the practice problems I was struggling with, but, unlike my previous tutors, she quickly grasped the particular way my mind "sees" math, and was thus able to explain things to me in a way I could more readily understand.
